Booking & Scheduling

Appointments are subject to availability.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and service information.
We recommend securing pets and valuables prior to service appointments.
Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or previous appointments.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Tessany Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Tessany Cleaning is not responsible for damages resulting from unstable furniture, improperly installed fixtures, or pre-existing conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tessany Cleaning shall not be liable for:

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
Pre-existing property damage
Loss or damage to unsecured valuables

Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
